    Job Description:
    A dump truck driver is responsible for transporting loose materials such as sand, gravel, dirt, or construction supplies to and from various locations.

    Duties:

    • Safely drive and operate the dump truck to transport materials.

    • Supervise the loading of materials and use cranks and levers to unload them.

  • Role Overview

    This position is responsible for driving and managing all small to mid-size projects from initial

    customer contact through estimating, sale, and handoff to operations. This is a field-driven, sales focused role responsible for building relationships, generating work, and maintaining a steady flow of

    smaller projects. The individual owns the full lifecycle of projects: lead → site visit → estimate → kickoff → management→ close out.

      

    Position Structure

    This role focuses on small to mid-size projects, operating separately from large project estimating.

    This position is responsible for both sales and estimating, while large-scale estimating remains a

    separate function within the company.

      

    Core Responsibilities

    • Run leads and meet customers on-site to define scope

    • Build relationships and generate new work

    • Prepare and deliver estimates using company systems

    • Manage a high volume of smaller projects efficiently

    • Learn and utilize B2W estimating software

    • Assist in implementing and integrating Trimble systems
