Job description:
As an Equipment Operator, you will be essential in managing and operating heavy machinery on construction sites to ensure project efficiency and safety. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your core responsibility will involve the operation of various equipment, including dozers, loaders, and excavators.
Duties:
Earthwork, including excavation, grade work, surveying, and final excavating work.
Installing water/sewer lines.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications along with the GPS for site development.
Ensure positive customer relations and satisfaction.
Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dozers, loaders, and excavators.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to various construction tasks
